Your Kerala trip begins with a pickup from Cochin, followed by a scenic drive to Munnar. En route, you’ll visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, enjoy views of lush tea plantations, and stop by a spice garden. Once you reach Munnar, check in at the hotel and relax for the rest of the day.
After breakfast, the day begins around 9 AM with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr (please note the park remains closed from February to April). You’ll then explore the Tea Museum, which is closed on Mondays. After lunch, continue to Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, Pothamedu Viewpoint, and the Botanical Garden. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Start your day with a 3–4 hour drive to Thekkady. Upon arrival, enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake to spot wildlife in the Periyar Sanctuary (tickets can be pre-booked or bought on-site). In the evening, you have the option to attend a Kathakali show, enjoy an elephant ride or bath, visit a musical fountain, or indulge in an Ayurvedic massage—all available at additional cost. After breakfast, drive to Alleppey and check into your resort. Spend the day at leisure enjoying the resort’s amenities, visiting Alleppey Beach, or shopping in the local markets. Overnight stay at the resort.
Check in to the houseboat at 12:00 noon for a relaxing backwater cruise through Alleppey’s serene canals. The cruise continues until 5:30 PM with a halt for lunch. The boat anchors in the evening for an overnight stay. Enjoy traditional Kerala meals onboard, including lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The next morning includes a short cruise before check-out at 9:00 AM.
After breakfast, drive to Cochin. Depending on your departure schedule, you may enjoy complimentary sightseeing around Cochin, covering spots like Fort Cochin, Chinese Fishing Nets, St. Francis Church, the Jewish Synagogue, Mattanchery Palace, and Marine Drive. You’ll then be dropped off at the Cochin Airport, Railway Station, or Bus Stand, marking the end of a memorable Kerala journey.
