1. Company Details

Zonko Trips is a travel consultancy based in Noida, India. We offer curated domestic and international tour packages for families and corporate clients.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
  
  

• To confirm a booking, a minimum deposit (as specified in the package details) must be paid.
  
  

• Full payment must be made at least [15–30] days prior to the departure date unless otherwise stated.
  
  

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other supported methods.
  
  

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  
  

• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the specific policy of each package or vendor.
  
  

• General cancellation charges are as follows:
  
  

• 30+ days before departure: 10% of the package cost
  
  

• 15–30 days: 25%
  
  

• 7–14 days: 50%
  
  

• Less than 7 days: No refund
  
  

• Zonko Trips reserves the right to deduct non-recoverable costs (e.g., flights, hotels, vendor penalties).
  
  

4. Changes & Modifications

• Clients may request changes to travel dates, accommodations, or itinerary up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and possible additional costs.
  
  

• Zonko Trips reserves the right to modify tour itineraries in case of force majeure, natural disasters, political unrest, or operational constraints.
  
  

5. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, permits, insurance) are valid and up to date.
  
  

• Zonko Trips can assist in the visa application process but cannot guarantee visa approval.
  
  

• Denial of visa or entry will not be grounds for a full refund.
  
  

6. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be mandatory for some international packages.
  
  

• Zonko Trips can help facilitate travel insurance but is not responsible for claim settlement.
  
  

7. Health & Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to travel and participate in the activities included in the package.
  
  

• Zonko Trips shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or loss incurred during travel.
  
  

8. Responsibilities & Liabilities

• Zonko Trips acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport services.
  
  

• We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or loss caused by third-party vendors, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
  
  

• While we strive to offer accurate and updated information, we do not guarantee the completeness of third-party content (e.g., hotel descriptions).
  
  

9. Customer Conduct

• Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow local laws and customs.
  
  

• Zonko Trips reserves the right to terminate service without refund if any traveler behaves inappropriately or endangers the group.
  
  

10. Privacy Policy

• Personal information provided by users is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer data with unaffiliated third parties.
  
  

11. Promotional Use

• Zonko Trips may use travel photographs, videos, or testimonials shared by travelers for promotional purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.
  
  

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  
  

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
